Summary of LTG-GFR series gas burner:
□ QIYAO-LTG-FGR Series Low NOx Gas Burner can be applied for complicated working conditions;
□ Combined with FGR (flue gas recirculation) technology and within the range of load regulation, it will steadily achieve the NOx emission to be less than 30mg/Nm3;
□ Mainly consists of: Low NOx burner (including ignition lance, flame detection switch etc.), separate blower, fuel gas valve controlled by servo motor, air throttle, FGR throttle, gas safety on/off valve, control cabinet, etc.;
□ Applications: for industrial boilers, heaters and heat conduction oil furnace, etc., which have to meet the demand of low NOx emission and use the civil gas, natural gas as fuel.
□ Single capacity is up to 50MW.

Notes | Following components shall be arranged on FGR pipeline: manual valve, vibration-isolated isolation hose for connection, condensation drainage valve, reserved hole for pressuring measuring.
