Block Type & Fully Welded Plate Heat Exchanger
Structure: The laser auto-welded & corrugated plate sheet bundle is assembled inside a pressure vessel with connection nozzles on.
Advantages:
◇ Laser auto-welded plate sheet bundle as the core of HE: high heat & pressure resistance;
◇ Removable core of HE: easy cleaning & maintenance;
◇ Welded or bolt-connected pressure vessel as shell;
◇ Multi flowing channels at both plate side and shell side can be achieved: temperature cross shall be
achieved;
◇ Forward flow, backward flow and crossover flow can be achieved;
◇ High coefficient in heat transfer;
◇ Small temperature difference at terminal.
